Solve the Problem - 4 How-To Steps

1 - Home & Attic Inspection

Inspect the exterior of the home, including the roof and all vents, to find out how the animals are getting in. Also inspect inside the attic to identify animal and damage.

2 - Remove the Animals

This process is not simple, and it varies considerably based on animal type and situation. You might use an exclusion door, or a cage trap, or removal by hand.

3 - Repair the Entry Holes

The job is not complete until you solve the source of the problem. Seal shut the entry holes, with professional grade repairs, or else the problem will happen again.

4 - Clean the Attic

In addition to repairing chewed electrical wires and damaged duct work, you might want to remove the animal feces, maybe the insulation, and decontaminate.

When our team of animal control professionals arrives at your house, we will begin with a 32-point inspection. During this inspection, we carefully examine the house and the rest of your property to see how the animals are currently getting inside or how they can do so in the future. Based on this inspection, combined with our knowledge and experience, we are able to develop a practical and effective course of action. Regardless of the situation, our company always takes a humane approach when dealing with wildlife. Whenever the situation allows for it, we will first try preventative methods or exclusion via a one-way door. When a different approach is necessary, we always use live cage traps. Our team never uses poison; it is inhumane and ineffective. Via our services, we protect your family from diseases and other risks associated with wildlife. Not only can you trust our professionals to have the best interests of both humans and animals in mind, but you can also count on us to be fully licensed and insured. This also includes commercial liability insurance. We do not want you to have to worry about anything, so we protect your property with this insurance and licensing.
